Personal Mission Statement and Anecdote

Once upon a time, I was in the same boat as many other students. I was struggling in school, trying to understand concepts that seemed impossible to grasp. I remember feeling so lost, so hopeless, and so desperate for help. My parents couldn't afford a private tutor, so I was left to fend for myself. It was tough seeing the kids who did have tutoring sail through their classes with ease, while I was constantly stressed out and worried about falling behind.

I remember feeling frustrated and wondering why some students had such an easier time than others. The kids who had tutors always seemed to know the tricks and shortcuts that I had to work extra hard to find. It was a struggle, but I refused to give up. I was determined to pursue a degree in engineering, and I knew it was going to take a lot of hard work, long nights of studying, and countless cups of coffee. Even with all of that effort, I still felt like I was at a disadvantage, but I pushed through.

Now, as the founder of this tutoring company, I am so grateful for the opportunity to help students who are in similar situations. I know what it's like to struggle, and I know what it's like to feel like the deck is stacked against you. That's why I am so passionate about providing affordable, quality tutoring services to those who need it the most.

I believe that with hard work, determination, and a little bit of guidance, any student can succeed. And I'm here to help make that a reality. I want to give students the tools and resources to succeed, to learn those tricks and shortcuts that others take for granted. Because at the end of the day, we're all in the same boat, and we all deserve an equal chance at success.

Looking back on those years, I realize that I wasn't alone in my struggles. There are so many students out there who, just like me, can't afford the luxury of a tutor. But the difference between those who have access to tutoring and those who don't can be staggering. The former often have an easier time, are less stressed out, and have higher chances of getting into the programs they want.

By sharing my story, I hope to inspire others to never give up, even when the odds seem against them. I hope to instill in them the value of hard work and perseverance. But more importantly, I want to provide them with the tools and resources to succeed, to level the playing field and give them the same opportunities that others may take for granted. Together, we can all achieve our goals and make our dreams a reality. Souren Pashangpour
